From 900mg of Gabapentin to None

A woman in her late 40s came in with five years of left-arm nerve pain and numbness. After one NRT session, her arm felt markedly better. Over the next several years she tapered gabapentin from 900 mg a day to zero, and she has now been off pain medication for nearly a year.

Trauma, Thermoregulation, and Sleep 

A female client in her mid-30s, came in requesting a deep tissue massage. Assessing her spinal and pelvic alignment, I recommended NRT as the appropriate approach to address her symptoms, but she was firm that she wanted deep tissue work only. I explained that I couldn't effectively treat her pelvic position and related symptoms without using NRT.
