A one-day practical training for RMTs and manual therapists looking to deepen their nervous-system-focused approach to complex pain, persistent tension and skeletal misalignment.

This foundational Neuro-Relaxation Technique (NRT) workshop introduces the core principles and practical applications of Jonas’s method across all major regions of the body.

NRT uses gentle, specific and repetitive movement to engage neural circuits within the brain and spinal cord, supporting nervous-system downregulation, reducing tissue tension and creating measurable changes in skeletal position.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore the neurophysiology behind the method, experience the techniques firsthand and learn practical tools you can begin integrating into your existing clinical practice.

What past attendees are saying…

  • "I’ve taken several of Jonas’s courses over the years and continue to be impressed by the effectiveness of his techniques. I’ve been using NRT with my patients for several years now, and I can confidently say these techniques work and have proven themselves over time. This workshop gave me new insights, refreshed important fundamentals, and added practical tools I can apply right away in clinical practice. The course was engaging from start to finish, interesting, practical, and easy to follow. I left feeling more motivated and inspired in my work, especially when working with more complex cases. I highly recommend Jonas’s courses to practitioners looking to improve their clinical skills and treatment results."

    Max, RMT

  • "Jonas is an incredibly skillful and passionate RMT and teacher. I attended one of his NRT courses and was mind-blown by how effective the techniques were for treating pain and dysfunction. He even helped me resolve a groin issue that I had in a matter of minutes. I have already started utilizing NRT (neuro-relaxation techniques) into my practice and I am happy to also be a new client of his practice. Jonas is the star!"

    Leah, RMT

  • "The Neuro Relaxation Techniques I learned from Jonas have been a great addition to my practice. After just a one day course, I immediately felt empowered to integrate one to four headache, sinus drainage, TMJ or cervical techniques on almost every client I massage. One year later, I’m still using the techniques and have signed up to take another course with Jonas Brancalion."

    Melanie, RMT

  • "I thoroughly enjoyed this course and I am really looking forward to utilizing these techniques in my own practice. Your delivery was great and your passion for your work and caring nature was evident through your teaching style. I hope to be able to take more courses with you in the future. I highly recommend this course to any RMT who is looking to enhance their practice and gain potent and effective techniques to help their patients."

    Winona, RMT
