A one-day practical training for RMTs and manual therapists looking to deepen their nervous-system-focused approach to complex pain, persistent tension and skeletal misalignment.

This foundational Neuro-Relaxation Technique (NRT) workshop introduces the core principles and practical applications of Jonas’s method across all major regions of the body.

NRT uses gentle, specific and repetitive movement to engage neural circuits within the brain and spinal cord, supporting nervous-system downregulation, reducing tissue tension and creating measurable changes in skeletal position.

Throughout the day, you’ll explore the neurophysiology behind the method, experience the techniques firsthand and learn practical tools you can begin integrating into your existing clinical practice.
